Send a privacy request
Open our contact form and start your message with “Privacy request — do not sell or share”. Include your name, practice or organization, and enough information to locate the record, such as the listed email or practice location. Include a reply address if you want a response.
Keep your request simple
Do not send patient information, passwords, payment details, or government identification with your initial request. We only need enough information to identify the relevant record. Tell us whether you want to opt out, correct a field, request access, or request deletion.
What your request covers
The request concerns your information in AudFind’s contact-list service. Clearing cookies or unsubscribing from a marketing message does not by itself remove a database record. Previously delivered files cannot simply be recalled from a customer’s device; any required downstream notices or other steps must be handled as part of the request.
Agents and other requests
An authorized agent can contact us on your behalf and identify that role. We may request evidence of their authority where permitted. Privacy rights depend on the applicable law, but you may raise a concern regardless of your location.
