Preview before purchase
Review masked records and a sample to understand the available fields. Matching records, unique emails, unique phones, and unique fax numbers describe different things. Shared practice contacts can appear on multiple records.
Checks before delivery
Emails are checked before your database file is delivered. A missing preview status does not mean an address has passed verification. We do not promise a universal deliverability percentage, inbox placement, or campaign results.
A practical remedy for problems
Confirmed invalid records can be replaced with additional suitable, checked records or refunded for the affected portion. See our delivery and refund policy for how to report an issue. Ask about any essential field, quantity, or deadline before paying.
Clear limits
A purchase does not provide recipient consent or certify your outreach as lawful. There is no blanket “100% compliant” guarantee. Professional data changes, and email verification does not validate every license, job title, address, or phone number.
