What you are buying
AudFind provides digital professional contact-list products. You are not buying medical services, introductions, recipient consent, or a promise of sales. Preview contact details are masked. A record is not necessarily a unique email address or unique phone number: several professionals may share a practice contact.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be an adult with authority to make the purchase for yourself or your organization. Provide accurate billing details, protect your login, and contact us if your account is used without permission.
Prices and payment
Prices are stated in US dollars unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Review the final amount before authorizing payment. A list purchase is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Payment must be confirmed before the file is delivered. Only the payment methods actually offered at checkout are available.
Preparation and delivery
Contact lists are prepared for the selected order. Email verification takes place before delivery; payment alone does not mean the file is immediately ready. Delivery is digital through the account download area or an agreed delivery channel. If you have a deadline, obtain a delivery estimate before paying. Available counts and fields can change during preparation; a material shortfall should be resolved under our delivery and refund policy.
Permitted use
Use purchased data for your own lawful business purposes. Do not resell, publish, sublicense, or share the list outside your organization without written permission. Staff or service providers handling it for your organization must protect it and follow the same restrictions.
Responsible outreach
You must establish any consent or other permission required for email, telephone, text, or fax outreach. An available or technically valid address is not consent. Follow applicable opt-out, suppression, do-not-call, advertising, and privacy rules, as well as your sending platform’s terms. Do not use AudFind for harassment, impersonation, fraud, unlawful bulk messaging, or decisions about credit, insurance, employment eligibility, or patient care.
Data limitations
Records may be incomplete or become outdated. Phone and fax numbers may belong to a practice rather than an individual. Email checks cannot guarantee inbox placement, replies, or ongoing deliverability. Preview totals are coverage estimates, not promises that every field is populated or independently verified.
Problems, cancellations, and refunds
Confirmed invalid records are eligible for additional suitable replacement data or a monetary refund for the affected portion. Our delivery and refund policy explains how to report invalid records, missing files, and cancellations. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or rights available through your payment provider.
Website use and disputes
Do not bypass access controls, harvest masked previews, or disrupt the website. We may restrict access to investigate misuse or protect the service. Contact us first if you need help resolving an order problem; this does not prevent you from using available legal or payment-provider remedies. Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove commitments attached to an existing order.
