Records and unique contacts are different.
A record is one entry
A record contains professional and contact details. It may have a phone number without an email address, or share a contact detail with another entry.
A unique value is counted once
If three records share the same practice phone, that is three records but one unique phone number. The builder reports unique emails, phones and fax numbers separately.
What can be included?
Professional details
Name, recorded role, NPI, taxonomy and license details where available.
Contact details
Email, practice phone and fax. A practice number may be shared by several professionals.
Practice location
Street address, city, state and ZIP code where recorded. Some records have incomplete locations.
Fields vary by record. A listed role does not establish board certification, current employment or a clinical subspecialty. Preview the selection that matches your needs.

Questions before you choose
Does every audiologist have an email?
No. Email availability is much smaller than total record coverage. Choose With email in the builder to view records containing an email address.
Are the phone numbers direct mobile numbers?
Not necessarily. Many are practice phone numbers and may be shared. A populated field does not guarantee the number is current or answered.
Can I browse a particular state or city?
Yes. Only locations with available matching records appear in the filters. Email coverage varies considerably by location.
Does buying a list give me permission to contact everyone?
A contact record does not establish consent to receive messages. You are responsible for your outreach choices and honoring requests not to be contacted.
