Two kinds of information
When you use AudFind, you may give us your name, email, account details, billing information, list selections, and support messages. Separately, our products contain professional contact records, which can include names, practice addresses, emails, phone and fax numbers, roles, and professional identifiers. Not every record contains every field.
How information is used
Customer information is used to run accounts, process orders, prepare files, respond to requests, and investigate payment or service problems. Professional record information is used to provide filtered previews and contact-list products. Buying a list does not establish consent from the people listed.
Contact-list sales and disclosures
AudFind sells access to professional contact data. When those records identify an individual, their disclosure to a customer may be a sale of personal information under applicable privacy law. We do not describe this activity as merely anonymous analytics. Customers receiving records must follow our terms and applicable privacy and communications laws.
Service providers and payments
Our website uses external services for authentication, hosting, data storage, payment processing, and support. Relevant account, order, and technical information is processed through these services to provide their functions. Payment details are submitted through the payment option shown at checkout; AudFind receives payment and order information needed to manage the purchase. Do not send card numbers or passwords through our contact form. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Browser storage
The site stores account, cart, filter, and support-session information in your browser to keep these features working. You can clear browser storage or change your browser settings, but doing so may remove saved selections or sign you out. This notice does not claim that browser controls remove professional records from our database; use the privacy-request channel for that.
Retention and security
Account and order information is retained for service administration, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Privacy-request information may be retained to document requests and prevent records from being reintroduced. Retention depends on the information and the reason it is needed. No website or downloadable file can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your login and purchased files private.
Your choices
You can ask about information associated with you, request correction or deletion, or ask us not to sell your professional contact record. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to access, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. We may need limited information to locate a record or protect against unauthorized disclosure; do not send sensitive identity documents unless a secure method is specifically arranged.
Scope and updates
AudFind is intended for adults using professional contact information. Do not submit patient records or information about children. Service providers may process information in countries outside your own. Contact us to ask about relevant processing locations and safeguards. We will update this notice when our practices change.
